WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TIME TO GO TO THE GYM?

Every plan is custom to built. This means it will be based on whatever time, equipment and space you have available. And no, you don't need loads equipment for home workouts to work!

I HAVE NEVER EXERCISED BEFORE, WOULD THIS WORK FOR ME?

Absolutely! It doesn't matter if you have zero knowledge or experience of exercising. We will look at your current situation and abilities and build it up as we go with complete guidance the whole way through.

I HAVE INJURIES, CAN WE WORK AROUND THIS?

Of course! We will also look to build up the injured area and protect it from further damage.

I ALREADY GO TO THE GYM REGULARLY, IS THERE ANY POINT IN THIS FOR ME?

Most definitely! You already have a solid base in place with your training schedule. If we can then make sure every session has a plan and purpose along with progressing as we move through the weeks your results will come quicker and the results will be better than you can imagine.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

Results will differ depending on your goals and starting point. However, if you apply yourself 100% I will guarantee you will be happy with the results you get! I have had many people smash their goals. From dropping 70kg, going from a size 24 to a 12 , reducing body fat and BMI, recovering from ACL injuries to running first marathons and feeling confident in a bikini again.
